Also known as that random other stuff that’s above Beaver Liquors in Avon, CO up that weirdly long handicap ramp that’s surprisingly useful, for, furniture moving and like, people with handicap needs.

We are Pleased to Offer 9 individual offices within Eager Beavers.
- Room 1 – $600/mo, 100 square feet. Sweet views of the Christie Lodge.
- Room 2 – $400/mo, 80 square feet.
- Room 3 – $700/mo, 120 square feet.
- Room 4 – $600/mo, 80 square feet. Great wall of windows into the Entrance. Prime space.
- Room 5 – $1000/mo, 160 square feet. Private exterior entrance and two rooms.
- Room 6 – $950/mo, 175 square feet. Private exterior entrance and two rooms, extra soundproofing in the back office room.
- Room 7 – $700/mo, 120 square feet.
- Room 8 (Conference Room) – That’s RIGHT! Conference room has been commandeered and is now an office space! $1000/mo.
- Room 9 (Previously the Copier Room) – $500/mo. Previously the copier room, this room is great for those super short term walk ins, and it also has it’s own entrance and exit from the exterior. Pretty cool.
We are currently policed by common sense, the renters, and Boss. Oh, and cameras.

All offices currently have access to both bathrooms, both kitchens, the main & secondary lobbies, and the new conference room, located where the Lounge used to be located. Each office also has a window with natural light into an interior common space OR to the outside breezeway that circles the entire location. The following super simple floor plan was done on an app, by yours truly Big Boss. How awesome is that?
There is also a door in the hallway between Kitchen 1 & 2 that can close off the entire section that includes the Copier room, Office 7, Lounge, and Conference. If a potential Renter wants the entire section (680sf), it can be sectioned off for a negotiated price. (Or a rocking $3,000/mo sounds pretty good, Boss has kid with expensive hobbies).
